Prices start at $75.00 per night for 2 guests & 2 children under 12 yrs old
maximum of 5 total group size per room
an additional $15.00 per adult/per night there after
an additional $10.00 per child/per night there after
Extra $25.00 Fee applys for early AM check ins, if available, CALL
7% Puerto Rico Tourism Room Tax Not Included, unless we give you a price quote

A minimum 4 night reservation is required for the following holiday periods:
Presidents' Week, Easter Week, and Christmas/New Year's thru 3 Kings Holiday.
A minimum of 3 nights is required for all other holidays.
Non-Holidays, Days of the week - Weekends- No minimum of nights

EV's Rentals are almost half the price of a hotel, villa, beachfront villa, condo, beach house or guesthouse in Rincon. Our Rentals can accommodate large groups, and families. We do offer discounts on groups and stays longer than a week. We make it affordable for every vacationers budget, So you save more and can see more of our beautiful town of Rincon and some of the Island of Puerto Rico. Prices we give that are discounted:
Discounts are based on the group or persons in party, lengh of stay and number of rentals you need.
We do NOT pro-rate Dicounted rates, if you choose to take less days.
The Longer You Stay, The Less You Pay, per day.
Reservation Policy:
Please inform us of ALL GUESTS in your party, a fee might apply for additional people.
Please inform us of your anticipated arrival time & check out times.
Pets are NOT allowed without special permission *small dogs*
Rates are based on occupancy per room, that you inform us of being in your party.
Check out: 11 am
Check in: 3 pm
Reservation Policy:
Upon receit of a 50% deposit, your reservation will be confirmed.
You will be informed by telephone or email upon receiving your deposit
The Balance Due, will be due upon arrival.
Security Policy:
A full inspection of the room and its contents will be made by our staff at departure time.
Cancellations:
Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeits deposit.
Cancellation of a groups reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeits deposit.
Early check-outs are Non-Refundable.
Cancellations made during holiday periods are Non-Refundable.

Any and all notices of cancellations, for any reason, are to be made in writing. If-When a notice is received more than 30/60 days before the rental date, all attempts to re-rent the property will be made. If the property does not get re-rented, any deposits or prepaid rental fees will be forfeited. If the property does get re-rented, a $50.00 service fee will be deducted and the balance of money credited toward new travel dates, good up to 12 months. If less than a 30/60 days notice is given, 100% of all money collected will be retained. Process and handling charges are deducted from deposits we send back.
